They Have Been My Go-To HVAC Provider Feb 22, 2026

I have been using One Source for some time now, and they have been my go-to/reliable HVAC service provider. My furnace developed an issue recently. I was fortunate to be able to have Julius Olavario from One Source come out to help diagnose the issue. I first worked with One Source when our furnace had issues in 2018 in the middle of winter. We looked at three options to remedy the current issue that was discovered. The option I went with was that they essentially bought back my old furnace and gave me a great deal on a new variable speed furnace. The system has been working great since the installation and seems to be working a lot more efficiently than its predecessor. Julius was great to work with. He broke down the options we had in a manner that I could understand and that considered the long-term impact. Thank you, Julius!

Philip is the kind of One Source representative that the company and all of their employees should aspire to be like! He has always been there for us, repeatedly impressed us with his care and concern for us as customers, and with his absolute devotion to making sure the job is done right, even when it wasn’t his job to begin with. Over the course of two days, he spent nearly 16 hours diligently troubleshooting a problematic furnace re-install. He left no stone unturned, ending up fixing pumps, furnace install angles, refitting ductwork to the correct size, and even installing vital components that other teams had failed to install in the first place. Through it all, Philip has never failed to make us feel valued and important as customers, and has never left us with any doubt that he cared about us in making sure the job was done and done right. Philip has treated us like family, and we see him the same way - I don’t think we can pay him any higher compliment than that!

Emilio and Journey were out today to install a new furnace replacement due to my prior experience with OneSource for our initial install, which was done wrong prior to the ownership change. They were both very knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient with our time. They both were empathetic since we have had so many past issues with OneSource, this being our third replacement furnace in 3 years due to various prior mistakes on OneSource's behalf. I am hoping this last one will be the end to the issues and keep our home warmed/cooled properly.

We woke up the other morning to the house being 36 degrees. We contacted One Source and they had a technician, Andres, out really quick. He walked me through everything he was doing with the furnace and offered a quick diagnosis. He seemed very knowledgeable and even walked me through how our furnace worked, which was highly appreciated. He offered a few solutions and we decided to replace the whole furnace. It was installed the next morning. Sy was quick and thorough. The price was reasonable and they even offer financing through a couple third parties. I highly recommend using One Source as they will be our go-to for any home service we need moving forward. The technicians made the whole situation tolerable! Thanks, y'all!

Second time having One Source come out was today, and this time it was to install our new furnace and AC system. Both men were so polite and respectful while working in the home. They made sure to walk us through and explain the new system and how it works, and made sure to remind us to give them a call anytime if we have questions or something comes up and they will be right back to help. So far, only good things with the company. We were a little nervous at first given some previous reviews, but it seems the company has definitely taken steps to being extra communicative and quick to schedule and come out for us so far. Hopefully it stays this way should we need anything in the future. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family out here. Will keep reviews updated as we continue to use them through the future.

We answered a phone call from One Source Home Service and accepted an offer for them to come out and check our furnace. We never do this. It turned out to be a blessing! Our furnace was so damaged that it was shooting flames. They came out on the 22nd of December. It was so dangerous that they came out on the 23rd to install a new one. Considering it was the holiday season we were overwhelmed by their kindness. We also had a new air conditioner installed. They came out in the spring to check the furnace and charge the air conditioner. Their customer service is outstanding. We highly recommend this company.
