Jessi Is an Amazing Rep
Jessi is an amazing rep! He was great in explaining the furnace tune-up as well as giving us praise for other improvements we have made to our HVAC system. He noticed how dirty our air filter was, with it only having been replaced a couple of weeks ago. We then talked about our allergies and my mother-in-law being on oxygen. From that, he recommended improvements to improving the air quality. In addition, we asked about whole house water filtration and softener system. From there is when Jessi and the manager (sorry, forgot his name) showed us that it’s not always about the sale, but taking care of our family was very important to them. They ensured we were able to afford the system even if the finance company is being difficult, which we have never experienced before.

Julius was fantastic. He checked both the AC unit and the water heater during this visit. He did drain the water heater and made a suggestion for a water filter for the house. He cleaned the outside AC unit and did replace the inside filter which I had. He was very professional and courteous. This was with my service contract, so there was no cost for today's visit. My dog thought he was OK also!

We Will Definitely Call One Source Again
At first, Julian and Jeremy came out for a sewer line cleanout. That didn’t work because of our old sewer line. The guys got us set up to have the problem part of our sewer line replaced. We had a little communication problems over when the digging and replacement part would start, but it was resolved quickly, and everything went smooth, and the problem with the sewer was fixed within 2 days just like they said. Ross and the other guys that did the digging and replacement were amazing, very nice, and answered all our questions, even if they were stupid ones. Lol, if we have any problems in the future, we will definitely call One Source again.

Had a wonderful experience with One Source. Had a leak in water heater pipe late at night. Called all the 24-hour emergency plumbers I could find. Mostly got recordings or AI bots answering. One Source had an actual person answering. She was lovely, answered questions, offered advice, and got me scheduled for the next morning. All the other services offered 3–7 days out. The plumbers who came out were nice and professional. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
