Julius was fantastic. He checked both the AC unit and the water heater during this visit. He did drain the water heater and made a suggestion for a water filter for the house. He cleaned the outside AC unit and did replace the inside filter which I had. He was very professional and courteous. This was with my service contract, so there was no cost for today's visit. My dog thought he was OK also!

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, lack of communication, and uninterest in customer satisfaction. My initial visit, I was told that I needed an expansion tank and some other changes to my furnace. A few days later I was called to tell me when my appointment for install was without discussion as to if that day or time worked for me. I made myself available but communicated that they needed to discuss an appointment before just scheduling it. Then, day of install, the plumber mounted the expansion tank on the ceiling, protruding into my laundry room, without telling me first how out of place it would be or discussing my option. I was upset and spoke to the master plumber who said he would come by my house in two days to look everything over to see if there were other placement options. That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything. I guess since the job was already paid for, they are no longer concerned with my satisfaction. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with One Source!

They installed a new water heater, replaced one that was quite old and out of code, and they did all required changes to bring everything up to date. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient and left the water heater area as clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived. I’m very satisfied with their work. As far as value and price? I’m an old guy; what do I know about value and price, lol. It was pricey in my eyes, but it had to be done, and what the techs did actually improved more than just the water heater, so I’m very happy with the job.
