A Quality That One Source Possesses
I’m not impressed by companies who show up on time and do what they say they’re going to. I expect that. I am, however, impressed by companies who run into roadblocks, snags, and challenges and still deliver what they promised without passing along all of the hardship to the customer. I find that quality increasingly hard to find, but it is a quality that One Source possesses. Anybody can unclog a drain and upsell with fear tactics, but when you have real problems these are the people you want in your corner, not a bunch of “nuts.”
