Philip Took Ownership of Every Issue Feb 13, 2026

Philip replaced our furnace by himself, installed a new humidifier, new thermostat wires, new exhaust ducting, and connected all of it and our existing heat pump to a new Ecobee thermostat to control it all. We had some hiccups along the way, and Philip took ownership of every issue, making sure we were completely satisfied at the end of the project. Emilio and Journey cleaned our air ducts and vents. They were very knowledgeable about HVAC, above and beyond getting rid of dust bunnies. They completed the job in a couple of hours and were very friendly.

Could Not Recommend Them Higher Nov 10, 2025

One Source installed a new HVAC system at my house, could not recommend them higher! Great company, even better employees! Everyone I interacted with throughout this process went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and done right. Emilio, Marcus, Journey, and especially Phil, who worked incredibly long hours (often 10 or more at a time) to make sure we were satisfied. A special thank you to Julius, who came out in the middle of the night on the weekend to address an equipment issue and stayed past 2 a.m. to make sure it was fixed and we were taken care of. Can't recommend this company and its people more highly!

Absolutely Fantastic Company Dec 7, 2024

Absolutely fantastic company with really hospitable workers. I had an AC/furnace/water heater replacement, and the inspector Andres was really knowledgeable and up front, which I really appreciated. The electrician who put in a 220V from the garage to the basement worked his butt off and did an outstanding job. Very nice and efficient. The HVAC installer knocked out the furnace and AC in one day with a thorough clean up. Hopefully I don't have to do this again for 20–30 years, but if I do, these guys are the company to go with. No BS.

Andres came out to look at our furnace because it wasn't working properly. He gave us the option we had to either fix or replace our old furnace. We decided to replace. One Source has easy financing for people to use. The service team that came out to replace our AC/HVAC system, they work hard to complete the work in a timely manner. They made sure we were happy with the work that was done prior to leaving our home.
