Wonderful young man, honest and explanatory. Found ways to help me make it affordable and showed compassion and genuine knowledge. Definitely resourceful and kind. My heater went out in sub-zero temperatures, of all times, on a weekend, and they came out within hours and diagnosed properly, not some quick, "You just need a new one," lazy company like Springs Heating, which offered space heaters till fixed. It will take a day or two for the part, but I’m confident it’s going to be fixed. Thank you.

Our heat went out on a weekend, but One Source came out the same day and their charge was very reasonable. Julius, the technician, could not have been nicer, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, with pictures so we could understand. We needed to replace a water pump and luckily he had it on his truck. He was able to reduce the price with several discounts and overall the combined price including service call was very reasonable. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was OK. We will use this company as go to for any service in the future. And thank you Julius for your expertise and caring attitude.

Peyton Moore performed the preventive maintenance on my heater system. He mentioned the inducer motor was slowly going out and it should be covered under the 10-year warranty. This system was installed by Climate Solutions during their transition to Air Pros. Hopefully, Air Pros / One Source Home Solutions covers this warranty work. Peyton was very professional and listened to me explaining this issue and added my concerns in the invoice. Very happy with the service Peyton performed!
