I had a new heating service installed on 1/22/26 that didn’t cycle correctly. On 1/23/26, the company sent Phil out to diagnose what was going on and he absolutely killed it. Started from scratch, worked each phase and found the issue, corrected it and stayed to ensure the new unit cycled correctly after. From a customer who is a General Contractor in the commercial side of construction, this is the type of commitment I want from my employees. Top notch, Phil. Thanks, Robert Yelinski

Incredibly thankful for everyone’s help Oct 20, 2023

I originally had a technician (Peyton) come out for a simple yearly maintenance and figured out our heater was improperly installed before and was a fire hazard. This technician came a second time to talk over options with us and stayed for three hours to make sure everything was figured out and walked us through everything. The next day we got a new unit installed and they removed the old system plus a decaying water heater and a second heating unit that the previous installers had left for no extra charge. The installers (Skyler and Eric) were friendly and thorough and made sure the work they did was quality. The new system has been working great and was installed right this time. Incredibly thankful for everyone’s help.

The technicians arrived at the time promised. They got right to work and professionally installed the new heating system and new thermostat. They checked the system to make sure it was operating correctly, and then they cleaned up after themselves. Shortly after paying for the work, I received an email thanking me for registering the new heating system—so they took care of that too. Finally, they scheduled a date for the city inspectors to come and approve the installation. Great job!!

Troy was very clear on my choices. He worked with me on getting a new heating unit for my home as cost effective as possible, and scheduled the installation to be done quickly. This is very important to me, as I live in an area that is already experiencing freezing temperatures. One Source Home Service scheduled a technician to come out the same day I contacted them. Brandon arrived in the time frame expected. He cleaned and inspected the heater. He took pictures of the motors, blower, circuit board, etc. He used these to explain why the heater wasn't working and what it would take to get it functional again. He was professional and pleasant.
