John Estrada came in for a plumbing estimate. We want our refrigerator moved to a different spot, calling for the water lines to be moved. He gave us options and also informed us about what benefits/downsides each option had. He was also able to give us an estimate for another job altogether: removal of sink and toilet and adding a new toilet and sink cabinet. He was well informed, and when he didn’t have an answer to a question, he was able to refer to his boss for information. To me, that feels like they work as a team and are there to pitch in and help where they are needed. Friendly demeanor and professional attitude. I look forward to them to come and get those two plumbing jobs done.

The young man who came was excellent! Very thorough, professional and pleasant. Did a wonderful job. My only problem was with the bill. I was quoted $2,500.00 originally, when they were going to take down the wall downstairs to repair the pipe. I accepted because I figured it was going to be a mess, and very involved. When the young man evaluated the situation, he found a much better, smaller area to do the repair. Instead of taking down the wall downstairs, he found a spot by my front door that would work much better, and be a minimal hole in the wall. It measures about 8 inches X 12 inches! I was so pleased! Much, much smaller, and involved much less work. I wish I could remember the name of the young man, but there were so many people going in and out because of the flood, it has slipped my mind. I was expecting my estimate to be decreased a bit, because only about 1/10 of the original work was done. But I was asked for the full $2,500.00, which I then paid them by check. I think it would have been more ethical and professional. I was disappointed in their lack of reevaluating the situation. But I must say the work the young man did was amazing. I would happily hire them again. Just double check your estimate! I am on a fixed income, retired, and every little bit counts. Thanks. Good job!

At first, Julian and Jeremy came out for a sewer line cleanout. That didn’t work because of our old sewer line. The guys got us set up to have the problem part of our sewer line replaced. We had a little communication problems over when the digging and replacement part would start, but it was resolved quickly, and everything went smooth, and the problem with the sewer was fixed within 2 days just like they said. Ross and the other guys that did the digging and replacement were amazing, very nice, and answered all our questions, even if they were stupid ones. Lol, if we have any problems in the future, we will definitely call One Source again.
