Julius truly went above and beyond
We recently had an issue with our furnace on the morning of May 20th when we woke up to a cold house. The thermostat was set to 70 degrees, but the temperature inside had dropped to 65, and the furnace was not working.
I called OneSource, the company we purchased our furnace and AC system from in 2024, and spoke with Kevin, who was extremely apologetic and immediately arranged for a technician to come to our home. Within about 30 minutes, Julius arrived.
Julius was professional, courteous, and thorough from the moment he walked in. After diagnosing the issue, he determined that the blower fan had failed. Naturally, we were concerned since the system was only installed in 2024, but he explained that the part itself was covered under warranty. Initially, we were told we might be responsible for labor costs because our membership had supposedly expired.
However, when I explained that we had originally been promised a five-year membership when we purchased the system, Julius took the time to speak with the office on our behalf. He went above and beyond by advocating for us and making sure the situation was handled fairly. After returning with the replacement part and completing the repair, he informed us that OneSource would honor the original five-year membership commitment and that there would be no labor charge for the repair.
That level of customer service is rare today. Julius could have simply charged us and moved on, but instead he genuinely cared about doing the right thing for the customer.
I was extremely impressed not only with Julius, but with OneSource as a company for standing behind their word and honoring the commitment that had originally been made to us. The response time, professionalism, honesty, and quality of service were outstanding.
I would absolutely recommend OneSource to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning service or installation. Their customer service was impeccable, and Julius truly went above and beyond.
